- Other services are available via Help for Vermonters: Vermont's Agency of Human Services has created The Screen Door, an on-line database which includes 2,300 services to help you find what you need. Services are categorized by need and town with a user-friendly point-and-click format. If you do not have Internet access in your home, public access is available in most public libraries, schools, non-profit agencies, and state agencies.
