There are two Intermediary Service Organizations (ISOs) that are available to assist Vermonters who are self- or family/surrogate-managing their services.

• Fiscal Intermediary Service Organization (Fiscal ISO)
  A fiscal agent that handles payroll duties for those who choose to self-manage or family/surrogate-manage services.

• Supportive Intermediary Service Organization (Supportive ISO)
  An organization that helps you self-manage or family-manage your services and your resources for your care.
