The Eligibility Committee is a committee appointed by the Department of Disabilities, Aging and Independent Living (DAIL) to determine the eligibility of applicants and current participants.

The Department maintains a committee at the State level to review and determine if an applicant is eligible for attendant services. The committee determines the extent of the applicants need and how much service should be authorized for the applicant. They also review no less than annually the continued eligibility for participants currently on the Attendant Services Program and the extent of need for the current participant.

The committee consist of a State representative and at least two attendant services members.
